All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We offer a 100% HAPPINESS GUARANTEE for 30 Days, on our products, except face masks coverings due to sanitary reasons. Items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- If the item has already been shipped out but you change your mind, in order to process the refund, you must send it back to one of our warehouse facilities in Canada. Please contact us if this is the case, and we will provide you with the address of the nearest warehouse you can ship it to. Shipping charges will apply. Once the item is received, we will inspect the item and ensure all items are received. Then we can process your refund within 10 business days.
- No proof of purchase. We need an order number, email, or name to accurately find you in the system to offer you a refund back to the card you purchased with.
