WARRANTY POLICY

1 Year Warranty

Yogi Trends has the following limited Warranty Policy on all products if purchased.

We ensure a 1 year warranty for unusual wear and manufacturing defects (please note warranty is void and does not cover damage caused by long sun exposure, wear and tear overtime, mishandling, accidental damage of any kind.

During the warranty period we will replace at no charge to you products or parts of a product that proves to be defective from improper material or workmanship.

Yogi Trends will replace the product using new or refurbished parts at no cost to you.

HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST?

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY:

This limited warranty does not cover caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification. – Damaged or destroyed by natural causes included but not limited to lightning, flood or other natural causes. Theft or loss of physical goods.

Yogi Trends will assume all risk of all loss or damage while in transit to us, if needed to ship.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

To obtain your warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Deliver the physical goods, in either it’s original packaging or packaging provided with an equal degree of protection. Including any documents or accessories that are part of the package.

DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS?

This warranty covers all shoppers, however this warranty only covers shipping replacements to USA, Canada and Australia. International shipping fees cannot be refunded.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Except to the Extent prohibited by applicable law, Holistic Hacks, shall not be liable for any incidental or indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition or under any other legal theory.
